FAQ's

 

How can I track my order?
Given it is a business day, we aim to get your order despatched to you within 24-48 hours, however to avoid disappointment please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be despatched. Once your item is despatched you should automatically receive an email quoting your Australia Post tracking number. If you have not received this email and it is not in your Spam inbox, please contact customercare@seagullsofstkilda.com.au with your order number and they will be able to provide it for you.  

I returned an item with a major fault, why haven’t I received my refund?
Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be processed. You will receive an email once this has taken place. Refunds will be issued to the same avenue that the transaction was placed ie. credit card, paypal, afterpay, zippay etc. If it has been in excess of 14 days please contact customercare@seagullsofstkilda.com.au

When will an item be restocked?
Our edit is ever changing and we can never guarantee an item will be back in stock. To keep up to date with restocked items we recommend your follow our instagram page @seagullsofstkilda.com.au, and sign up to our newsletter.
