Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows: 

$10 EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders under $99 Australia Wide
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over $99 Australia Wide
WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL for a rate that starts at AUD$20.

Please note Express Shipping does not mean Express Despatch; all orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: customercare@seagullsofstkilda.com.au

Online Returns

We understand online purchases do not always go to plan so if you need to return an item we are here to help! If you have an issue with the sizing, fit or have a change of mind over your item you can return your item for store credit only.

If you receive your item and it has a minor fixable fault you may return for us to fix the fault at our expense, otherwise you will be issued with a replacement or credit note. For major unfixable faults you are entitled to either a replacement, store credit or a refund.

To exchange an item you must place a new order. Due to our high turnover of stock we are unable to guarantee the availability of sizes, colourways and styles. Once your return is received you will then be issued store credit.

Between sizes? Not sure which size to purchase? We now offer a refund when you order the same dress in two different sizes and return one of them! Please note the returned item must still meet our conditions below in order to be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your item.

All returns must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed with all tags still attached. Any items not in original condition will not be accepted.

*Please note that items damaged in the ‘try-on’ process will not be acceptable returns. All items are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. Therefore we are not responsible for damage to zips, buttons and seams.
